Rich Patterson, Founder, Rich has a twenty years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing & Sales. He was the youngest ever spokesperson for the BC Government handling media relations and release/speech writing for a major ministry. He spent almost ten years working closely with brand powerhouse Roots Canada as their Marketing Director and Regional Marketing & Sales Manager (BC). He owns a successful Licensing, Apparel & Promotional Product company and has seen the power of Social Media. Rich was born and raised in Cranbrook B.C. and is married with a young daughter.

Adam Kambeitz, Founder, Adam brings more than seven years experience in technology, systems management and software development. Adam was a key member of the IT management team at Studio B Animation, a large Vancouver digital animation company. Adam was an early adopter of all things Social Media and was logged into Facebook one night and noticed his old babysitter “Rich Patterson” had sent him a friend request. Adam also grew up in Cranbrook and now lives in Vancouver.

Kate Dugas, Senior Strategist , Kate has been building communities on and offline all her life. For the past ten years she has been a pioneer in the online community realm having worked with a broad spectrum of groups ranging from well known international activist groups to smaller community based groups. She has been instrumental in the creation and success of a wide variety of projects including international communities in support of healthy oceans, local action and education portals, and most recently ChangeEverything.ca; an online community all about positive change for Canada’s largest Credit Union, Vancity. She is skilled at facilitating the emergent wisdom of groups, as well as exploring groundbreaking questions often leading projects into fertile and rewarding territory. Kate is the Social Media Strategist for Vancity, as well as an energy practitioner and artist who runs Quench Designs, her Vancouver-based jewellery business.

Becky Caissie, Contributing Blogger, Becky started out at Nine Point Ten as an intern from Langara College, where she was completing her Public Relations program. Before studying PR, Becky graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2008 with an English degree. She moved to Vancouver after living in New Brunswick for the majority of her life, and thinks it’s one of the most beautiful cities she has ever seen..

Jen Haralson, Office Manager Over the past 13 years, Jen has gained experience in the customer service field in various positions with A&B Sound and Royal Bank of Canada. In 2000, Jen completed a Fashion Merchandising Diploma at Blanche Macdonald. Jen proceeded to excel in various positions at the school: Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Teacher’s Assistant, & Instructor.
